This cast iron casserole has a 28 cm diameter and is made of a single piece of traditional cast wear-resistant cast iron, so you can work your arm muscles a little while cooking. The pan heats up slowly, but once hot, it stays that way for a long time. Great if your dish needs to simmer for a while. Because we have already given the pan a heat treatment, making it more rust- and scratch-resistant. Unless, of course, you start neglecting the pan. But you get that yourself.
